“ex” bearing centering and rifling devices

This is it, this is what I have been focusing on for the last month. the system is done, I am not making anymore adjustments at all. There will be more mounts there will be more options but tis is the base system in its glory. 

Hi I'm epic, its only a name, I hold no glory, nor do I have tales of grandeur…Unless you count sitting on your ass and playing call of duty. I like to dabble design and Tinker that tends to turn into hyper focus. and this one is worth sharing.  

This system is so we can figure out how to achieve the gyroscopic stabilization of a nerf dart at minimal velocity loss. 

I have uploaded quite a few bcars for you to choose from and i will explain the system now. The files here are titled by diameter first, then angle. Diameter is describing the size of the circle each bearing makes contact with. pretty simple. 

The bcar core is designed to be printed at .2 layer height.

I would recommend starting with a 12.9 at whatever angle you think may be good I shit you not I spent 2 hours saving different variations. I am not excited to go back in and save more though it is possible. If you want to request different angles or diameters then what is here you better have data and a hypothesis for me.

Hardware required :

9x F683ZZ flanged bearings. 

9x m3x10 button head screws.  

Assemble with bearings flange nearest to the screw head, as shown in photos. The design accounts for the bearings in this Orientation only.
