ball bearing base for antique Ritter cutting machine

I have an old Ritter bread cutting machine where the bread carriage was in very bad shape. So I made a new one and desiged the base for the carriage to print. The carriage is sliding on ball bearings, therefore you need 4 ball bearings with 4mm x 13mm with 5mm thickness (624zz or similar). $2 mm screws and 2 3mm screws for the locking mechanism. Nuts for these as well.
