D20 Lamp

Do you like dice? Which one is your favorite? The twenty sided one maybe? 

Wouldn't it be great to have a really big one that could illuminate your next gaming session?

With this lamp you can print your own and hang it or place it wherever you want.

What you will need is:

12x the corner

30x the edge

A total of 20 sides (surprising, isn't it?)

You can choose freely which sides you want on your d20. All numbers are available as well as one side that can take a standard E27 light bulb like

The sides can be either glued in place or attached with magnets. 

If you glue them you can use the dowels to ensure proper placement while the glue dries.

If you want to be able to replace the light bulb after assembling the lamp it might be a good idea to attach at least the side opposite the bulb with magnets.

For the sides a transparent filament it needed obviously. To increase the visibility of the numbers I painted them with a silver color on the inside. This way the numbers don't show up to dark when the lamp is off but dark enough to make them really stand out when the light is on.

If you want the lamp on a little stand you can print the foot and attach it to the bulb side by simply screwing the bulb holder through both.
