Ender 3 PSU Cover to replace fan with 120mm or 80mm PC fan.

A cover for Ender 3 pro power supply (Meanwell PSU) which allows using a much quieter standard 120mm (or smaller) computer fan.

Instead of a small high rpm 80mm fan we can use a large low rpm PC fan making the PSU virtually silent.

Changes to the original:

• thinner (1.2mm - 4 layers @ 0.3mm) - it doesn't need to be strong and it prints twice as fast

• replaced threaded inserts with holes sized to fit M3 screws directly

• reduced width at the bottom since it didn't fit into the Ender 3 housing

Also includes adapter for 80mm fan, which is quiet enough (and it turned out I didn't actually have 120mm on hand)
