TP-Link Archer C6 / A6 / C80 Holder for Ikea Skadis Pegboard

I liked the original design but it does not fit my Archer C6 V3.2 router so I designed this from scratch.

This design should fit the A6 and probably C80 as well since they look identical to the my C6 V3.2. Check the photos for reference.

There are 2 versions:

1- Version with debossed text

2- Version without debossing

Printing recommendations:

1- Print at 0.28 layer height for maximum strength.

2- Print in the upright position (same position you will use the mount. See photos for reference.

3- You will need support for the hooks.

4- Print the hooks with 100% infill for more strength. In Cura you could use the custom settings blocks to make the infill at 100% just for the hooks. See photos for reference.

5- If you print the version with debossed text, Cura might generate unnecessary support structure for the text. There will be difficult to remove. It is better then to use the custom settings blocks to block support on the text area. See photos for reference.

I have included the step and Fusion 360 files so you can customize if you need to.
