Horizontal Print in Place Axle Tolerance tester

There are 2 models, one with incredibly tight clearances 0.1-0.6mm and one with 0.2-1.2mm.

The purpose is to see how tight of a horizontal print in place axle and wheel you can make on your machine to influence your designs.  The axles are 16mm long fully round to make this a “Worst case scenario” for your designs.  Often the top and bottom of print in place axles are shaved down in a more refined design to keep drooping bridges from fusing to parts below.
