Ham Radio customizable mounting bracket

We designed this for the Icom ID-5100, so the defaults fit that radio, but in general you should be able to customize for almost any ham radio of roughly the same shape. You'll need a good ruler or calipers to measure the radio dimensions and in particular the distance on center between the screw holes on the radio. So far when printed with ABS this is surprisingly strong (3mm walls probably help)

EDIT: Unfortunately there is a feature we're using that requires a newer version of openscad than what customizer works -- you'll have to download and change and run in the latest customizer to take full advantage of the customizability :-(

Infill on this model is much less important than the perimeter thickness. Because of the weight it will be holding, I strongly recommend that you use settings such that the entire sides are solid, so either 100% infill or very thick perimeter shells.
