Hadley: M4/Metric Remix (deprecated)

Now deprecated in favor of Wigglemore's M4 remix.  Functionally identical, and this one works fine - but his has better full part coverage, some tweaks, and was built by a metric user.

I can't speak for the lengths yet - this needs testing. All pockets for #10 nuts/screws have been revised as follows:
-tightened to 8mm in height
-clearance holes reduced to around 4.5mm

I suspect 13 - 15mm will suffice for the bulk of the hardware.

There are files for 12mm pipe interface hardware as well, for the main sliding OTA pieces.

I am still waiting for testing/other work on the metric hardware for holding the mirrors.
