Pipe/cylinder outside chamfer tool

After sawing some aluminium rods and pipes to length I always end up with a bad cut and rough edges. The inside edges of pipes are easily cleaned up with a deburring tool but the outside edge is more tricky (if you don't have a belt or disk sander to rotate the piece against. So i came up with this tool to remove the burrs and give the piece the desired chamfer angle.

Assembly:

• Scale model before printing to fit your requirements.
• Either use self-adhesive sandpaper or use double sided tape to make some and cut it into strips from which you cut some wedges, as shown here:

• Then place as many of the wedges as you want or will fit into the cone shaped holes on the cube, like this:

ToDos:

It works but after using it there are still a few more improvements I'd like to make

• Add a guide for keeping the tool coaxial
• Try other methods of attaching the sandpaper
• Maybe swap the sandpaper for a file
