Description
Starting with a set of bed bars from Vivid Racing for my 2005 Tacoma, I modified some inexpensive kayak racks. I added TPU pads to provide friction to keep the racks from rotating. But I found with the racks installed it increased the height of my lifted truck to over seven feet. So I ordered Kipp cam levers from Zoro that allow me to quickly loosen each rack and rotate it under the bed bars.
Print in TPU with 50% infill at 0.25 mm layer height.
