This is an air vent retainer for a Piper Archer PA-28-181 modeled from the front passenger vent. It should be compatible with most Piper Cherokee Warriors.

V1 - Initial Drawing untested yet. After testing the inner round cutout is not correct. That needs to have an interior radius to accept the vent so stand by for V2.
V2 - Add relief to the inner ring to better accept air vent
V3 - Fixed inner ring curve. Compared to the original part and overall size holes all line up pretty good. The original part insets in the back so the printed part feels much thicker and ridged. Not sure if that is better or not. May do a V4 that thins out the part.
v4 - Changes part to be a 1.5mm shell which is much closer to the original part (not tested yet)
