As anyone with young children knows, the trick to a successful vaccination is distraction. This device has dozens of small pinpricks that disguise and distract from the feeling of needle injections. The dozens of false needles don't hurt or penetrate the skin, so the nerve endings around the actual needle are overstimulated and confused. This is similar to how you can't hear a quiet sound in a loud room.

2022/08/17 - The Snapshot has undergone several revisions and tested by my own family. The latest revision spreads out the points enough so they sink into the skin more. Too many points prevents similar pressure between the points and the actual needle.
