3M Filter Capsule for all 3M Gas mask with surgical mask

TORNATO DESIGN - designed to block off any water droplets.

This is a filter capsule that utilise surgical mask and able to use 1 standard Surgical mask up to 16 times.
If you are able to cut the surgical mask equally into 16 circles (38mm diameter) you can place it inside this capsule which can use as a filer capsule for 3M Gas mask. This is especially useful if you cannot get hold of enough surgical mask.

Print instructions

If you have a Prusa M3S, just use original Prusa slicer, choose 0.15mm Speed Settings. Should complete 1 full set (a pair) within 8 hours.

Suggest to print in PLA, it will work with PETG, screw will be harder to turn.
PLA would give you the best result and PETG is not necessary in its intended use.

Optional: print out the attached key wrench to help with tightening screw mechanism. For the 1st time, please use the key and turn it a few times to smoothen out the irregularity form differnt printer result. Please do not over tighten.
