Xiaomi m365 Anti Vibration Pad

I was using one of the other anti vibration pads but they kept falling off, and I keep losing them. 

This design uses the main screw to keep it all in place but requires a 5mm hex tool to remove the screw, but it takes less then 5 minutes to install.

You can use any material you want PLA, PETG, TPU … personally I used PETG for heat resistance.

3 Different Spacer Sizes:

1 mm 

0.8 mm

0.6 mm

Print settings:

Layer height: 0.16mm

Infill: 20%

Supports Required: Yes

Material: PETG

Assembly Steps:

1 - Remove the main steering screw, you will need a 5mm hex key

2 - Remove the round spacer like shown above.

3 - Insert the 3d printed anti vibration pad in a centred position.

4 - Install back all removed parts making sure the pad is centred correctly.
