Description
Hey. This is an X axis that I designed to fit in my printer. I did everything from scratch. The only compatible thing might be an anet Z axis standard (space between lead screw and linear rod). Everything should fit easily. It is designed for 8mm rods. Carriage files should be in separate printable model.
Print each model once.
You need:
6x 15-20mm M3 screws + nuts for lead screw nuts.
4x LM8UU linear bearings.
2x 8mm linear rods.
1x NEMA17 motor.
1x GT2 motor gear.
1x GT2 idler gear.
1x 40mm M3 screw for idler tensioner.
1x M3 screw and nut for idler gear mount.
4x M3 screws for motor.
1x Aluminium or steel part (prevents the idler side sliding on the rods due to belt tension).
At the moment, only optical endstops are supported. I'll add mechanical switch variant in the future.
