Test cycled 20 times and no degradation on the PETG.

Print with your highest temp to strengthen the bonding between layers.

print settings:

No support needed.

PETG

Layer height: 0.15 or 0.10 for better outer quality.

30% infill, any higher is not needed. The strength with PETG is more than enough.

1.2mm bottom layers to give strength.

post processing:

Sand the outside of the shell so it cycles smoothly.

Make sure the bottom ring is no wider than 21mm or it will not cycle well.

The outer dimensions of the model are 1:1 to the original.

Depending on your 3D-printer you may need to scale down/up.
