Description
I liked idea of simple clip to make a mask. I dont have access to sewing machine, so I wanted to use a 3D printer.
And I have ended up with Fusion 360 to model this simple clip.
Its easy to print from PETG, and with 0,3 draft its also pretty fast. Since today I made hundreds of these clips, and all are donated to local Czech red cross.
What will you need?
Print two clips for mask. Than you will need some cotton cloth or paper towel and two rubber bands. Size of cloth or paper depends on size of your face. Mine cloth size is cca 25x22cm. Than just fold paper towel or cloth on both sides and put ends into clips. As you can see on pictures.

Material edit:
I found, that great material (and pretty cheap) is non-woven fabric with waterproof foil, used as a disposable bed sheet in hospitals. You can buy roll of 50cm x 50m for about 5 dolars.
Files edit:
Added 1mm taller version of clip. And both clips has stronger "hinge", because some of you reported, that sometimes it breaks.
This model is designed to print with 0.3mm layer height.
100% infill.
No supports!
30 minutes print time (two clips).
PETG recomended if you want to change cloth or paper in your mask. PLA breaks! Dont print it from PLA. I strongly recomend to use PETG.
