Samson G-Track Membrane Repair

Once upon a time I dropped my Samson G-Track microphone. The membrane holder which is made out of thin brass broke and the membrane was loose inside the microphone.

Since it's an expensive microphone that was perfectly fine otherwise I designed this repair piece which holds even better than the original brass thingy.

I hope I can help some person with this.

Print instructions

Best printed with PETG because it's a bit more flexible and stronger. Also It withstands higher temperatures better. I printed it with cheap translucent blue filament from Amazon which works perfectly well. However, PLA should work just as well.

I printed it with a small brim to prevent warping even though it probably wouldn't have warped anyway.
