Picture taking frame for moles

I have an app to track if any of my moles get bigger or change shape (Miiskin), so i made this little jig to take images at the right distance and to give a sense of scale (the square is exactly 40x40mm)

I am hesitant to upload this for two reasons:

1. I am not a medical professional, I am not an engineer, and 3D printing is not great for medical devices. Please exercise caution when using this, clean it regularly, etc

2. This fits my phone and requires a little elastic band to keep it snug, but it may or may not fit your phone. I will include a step file so that it can be edited
