Description
Frame to hold learner (L) plates or provisional (P) plates, used by learner drivers.
When the family car is used to teach someone how to drive, the plates needs to be easily installed and removed.
The magnetic plates are a good idea, but they tend to fly away when the car speed up.
This frame allow the plates to be slide inside when needed, and removed at the end of the lesson.
Assembly
Print both parts (top and bottom) and assemble them with a bit of epoxy glue. Stick them to the car with double sided tape. I suggest to use tick silicon tape, like the "clear Gorilla mounting tape". It stick very well and do not leave traces of glue when removed.
