I reproduced muzz64 work using OpenSCAD, with his permission.

It's the same as my other design but you can edit text of each side independently: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2701137

Use the "Customizer" tool to create your own, with custom text.

NOTE: If the Customizer give you the following error: "Sorry! Customizer is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

try with another browser like Firefox.

NOTE 2: The font I choose doesn't seem to be well supported by the Customizer. If you are not happy with the result, feel free to download the OpenSCAD file and fiddle with it.
