It's the begin of an other linear rail mount thing for Creality CR-6 SE

Everything would work mechanically but there are problems with the plastic. PETG and PLA are too soft, you have to tighten all M3 and M4 screws again and again.
It's not that the screws are loosening, it's that the plastic gives way over time and compresses it.
What is your favorite material for such things?

- now you can print without support-blockers and when finish you can insert and glue the magnets

- the motor part is too weak, if the x belt has too much tension, the plastic will bend

i recommend this things:
you will need:
- M3 screws and nuts
- threaded inserts plastic
- 24 pieces 6x3mm magnets
- 16 balls from 608 bearing
- a longer GT2 6mm belt!

Rafts: Doesn't Matter
Supports: Yes
Resolution: 0.20mm
Infill: 30% cubic
Filament: add:north Adura X black
Notes:
Print Time for all Parts is about 30h
* 4 walls à 0.42mm * layer high 0.20mm * top/bottom 4 layers
- use support blockers where the magnets are used (only < V3.13)
- be careful when inserting the magnets
- do not use a magnetic nozzle
- use ABS or Carbon-PC
- secure the screws with loctite blue (medium strength) or something similar

EXTRUDR NX2 PLA is too soft
