Bambu Lab X1 Exhaust Vent Adapter

Do not rely on this to keep yourself or others safe and I am not resposible for any issues caused by using this design.

From my current testing this appears to reduce the smell and fumes in the room of the printer allowing them to be vented outdoors.

It is still an early design and I plan to develop it further.

• Fit between interface and adapter is very tight - future versions will have a better clearance. 20/08/22
• Flow from rectangular fan vent to hose is not optimal, a larger hose would work better and I will do CFD to improve the design at a later date. 21/08/22
• Please let me know of any other issues.

• TPU (95a) for Exhaust Vent Interface
• PETG, ABS or other higher temp material for Exhaust Vent
• 2x 30mm diamter and 3mm thickness magnets (Mine allegedly have 8kg of force)
• 100mm flexible hosing
• 100mm metal hose clamp
