EiNSTeiN compact extruder mod

EiNSTeiN- compact extruder modded to allow 30mm (and 24mm) X-carriage at Prusa i3 and CatNozzle mounts (jhead too), and some cosmetics.

It uses PG35L or 42BYG48HJ50 motor.

This is the original EiNSTeiN- compact extruder (https://github.com/EiNSTeiN-/Prusa3/blob/aabce77cba61b2d93f89e344e1c0fc4e912acf95/single_plate/src/compact-extruder.scad) modded to allow 30mm (and 24mm) X-carriage at Prusa i3 and CatNozzle mounts (jhead too), and some cosmetics.
