40mm Nato to 22mm adapter

Quick modification of ThatDrewLion's great model over on Thingiverse.  Not intended for for any kind of personal protection - you could throw certain filters on it, but it's not necessarily airtight. For most applications, you'll probably want the “Outer” variant, which is sized to fit 22mm connections inside.
