Extended Adjustable Thermometer bracket

This remix extends the bracket 10mm to make it more visible from above.

It is a direct replacement for the optional original Prusa Adjustable Thermometer bracket. Besides the extended height, the bracket now has modeled M3 thread for easier screw insert and prints without elephant compensation.
