Custom Wax Seal Stamps

Various base models including stamp heads, screw-on attachment to preexisting seal handles, long handle and knob versions. Import your SVG/model/other design into the face of one of the stamp heads and cut (mirror your design if it has text). 

Files Blank, Blank_groove, Stamp_handle, Stamp_knob, and Stamp have indentations for 3mm H x 5mm W magnets so that you don't have to keep reprinting the whole head/handle. Makes for quick swapping of stamp faces if you're a mad stamper. There is also a pointer on the head to keep track of orientation of design.

It's best to use a resin printer since it keeps the best detail and won't deform from the heat of the wax. 

For FDM printers: 

• use a high-temp filament to prevent deforming
• 0.1 layer height
• print design face up
• Supports: Yes (if face is up; not all models may need supports)

Instructions Once Printed

• Try to keep the stamp cool before stamping to ensure an easy release from wax
  • I like to place it in a glass of ice
• Use sealing wax and melt as per instructions onto letter/surface
• When sufficient wax has dripped onto surface, place stamp on wax
• Be patient and let wax cool. Removing too soon will leave wax stuck to stamp.
• Gingerly peal up stamp. Wax likes to stick more to the plastic than to metal stamps so this may be a slow and gentle process.
• Admire your custom design wax seal.
