You must print:
-1x SMARS-Chassis-V1
-1x SMARS-Capot-capteur V1
-2x SMARS-capot moteur V1
-4x SMARS-centre-roue-V1
-2x SMARS-roue-libre-V1
-2x SMARS-roue-moteur-V1
-1x SMARS-support-capteur-V1
-32x SMARS-chaine-V1

You need buy:
-2x mini 150RPM motors
-1x 9[V] battery
-1x 9[V] battery connector
-1x Arduino UNO
-1x Adafruit Motor Shield V1 or V2
