Description
There is two versions of this katana.
The first (v1) use one 5mm metal rod to solidify the blade, the second (v2) use two 3mm metal rods.
There is two versions of the scabbard.
The difference is the position of the kurikata (the little hole where you can attach the scabbard to your pants). Choose the right handed if you want the sword to your left side.
Every parts glued with CA glue.
To fix the scabbard parts together I added joints to make it more resistant (see photos).
The pieces are sanded, primed, painted and protected with varnish.
Finally, the handle is wrapped with a white tsuka ito.
My settings :
PLA - 200 C (hotend) / 60 C (bed).
10% infill, no supports.
