Print the upper ring upside down with the holes facing up.
I don't recommend printing the lower portion at a higher than normal speed. Especially when it is printing the somewhat think risers. It only takes a couple of hours to print.
I did not need supports on my Prusa I3 MK3 because of the slopes of the risers. Your mileage may vary.
I recommend taking a look a the bottom of your razor first to see how wide the handle is. (Dimensions of the hole is above.)
The fit is meant to be snug. Depending on the quality of your printer it may be a bit hard to fasten. This is easily remedied with a pointed file (as shown in one of the pictures.) You could
You can also add some rubber feet that you can buy in most hardware stores for very cheap. This let's the bottom of have breathing room in it and prevent any movement. If you use this in a shower this will help promote water runoff so the only thing that gets some crud is the little catch basin which could easily just be rinsed off once in a while.
