6-inch (150mm) orbital sandpaper storage organizer.

If you have a lot of different sandpaper discs for a 150mm (6 inches) orbital machine. You can print this organizer and store the discs conveniently. 

The lower bottom of the holder contains segments that help you keep different types of grids organized and easily accessible.

You can glue some magnets into the handle to keep the disc closed. (several size < 11 mm diameter en <3mm should fit). And use two bolts and screws to secure the top lid to the bottom lid.

Print settings:

use any filament you like, I have used PETG (a little bit glossy as you can see on the pictures), but other filaments should work ok.

I printed with 0.6 nozzle on a Prusa MK3S, with a layer of 0.4mm (draft-settings) and gyro infill of 5 or 10 %, to achieve some shorter print times.

the top lid should be printed with support material on the build plate.

The bottom lid can be printed without support.
