This is a Rick Sanchez mask from Rick and Morty.

Please note: Selling this mask is considered a dick move in bird culture. I have released these files for free, however they are licensed such that you are not to sell this design (hey, everything isn't completely free). Likewise, I am not in the business of printing and selling this mask. I know, it sucks, but nobody exists on purpose, nobody belongs anywhere, everybody's going to die.

I have printed this in PLA and had good success using Loctite Ultra Control Gel glue to put it together. All of the STL's are set up with optimized orientations, and are made to fit the 8x8x8 print bed of a Monoprice Maker Select (Wanhao Duplicator i3 rebrand). Many parts can be printed with no supports. It is about 1.5mm thick.

The pupils are not part of the printable parts and are just black paper with double sided tape so they can be posed on the eye balls. However, someone made some sweet looking ones that I have not tried: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2404760

I used drywall putty/mud for filler to mask the seams etc. See photo below.
