Description
I loved the original design, but with my seat backs, the lip was just a little too short to hold up when hitting bumps. And once I started modifying it, I went a little further and upgraded the design a bit! These are pretty easy to replace, just slide the pin out and get these in place! Needlenose pliers are a must.
For printing, print on the side as oriented in the model. Print at 100% fill and you shouldn't need supports. I printed at 0.2mm layer height with zig zag infill. It is very very strong and should last a long time. For heat tolerance, make sure to use PETG, ABS, or ASA.
When you print yours, print out a spare or two just to have, even a couple to give away! Many of these break due to the terrible OEM design.
