Caving Zebra Light Bracket

Bracket to mount two Zebra lights to a helmet.  Four optional cover plates with logos printable in multiple colors: basic solid, “bat sticker”, crawling caver, and cave conservation logo.  

Base prints on the side with no supports needed. I printed the base with PETG using 40% infill and 4 parameters.  This is likely your primary light source, so it needs to be bomber.  The top can be printed with PLA or any filament, with circles down, then then is glued on to the base by matching up the dimples.

The bracket mounts to helmet with zip ties, and you'll have to drill two holes in the helmet. I recommend two opposing zip ties so there is a backup in case one zip tie fails.

Print “ZebraBracketWhole” if you just want the basic two-light bracket without the fancy face plates.
