SKR 1.4 Turbo mount for CR10

Adapter mount to allow the SKR 1.4 to be mounted on the original CR10 mounting bosses.

I wanted stronger fan mount and better bosses for the screws to go into than other designs I tried.

There are two holes for a couple of M3 plastic spacers to be screwed into them to give support the hanging end of the mount, minimising the flap I was seeing on another version I downloaded.

Using this mount you can cut a hole into the side panel of the CR10 case using a Dremel circular cutting disk, allowing the SD card and USB ports to be used in a similar way to the original CR10 board.

I created a bezel to provide a tidy finish to this and make for an easy hole cut.
