CRK Chris Reeve Knives Sebenza Custom Scale Jig template

Heyho,

this is the template/jig I created after quite a few moments, taking measurements, printing prototypes and creating waste :D

To make your own custom scale you need:

1 x This Jig Set

1 x Drilling machine (best with a stand) with a 5 mm drill & a countersink

X x Sanding paper (Coarse to fine!)

1 x Flat underground

Some good 2K Glue

1 X Material (3,8 mm Carbon plate or about 2 mm Carbon plate + some wood)

I would recommend using hard & temperature resistant materials like ASA for the template. If you print them in PLA the drill might heat it up and increase the produced tolerances.

I used 100% infill.
