Voron V0/V0.1/V0.2 handle "slim"

I like the original side handles very much but wanted to slimline the appearnce even more, so i shortened the handles on every side by 10 mm. 

By this they are still strong enough to cope with me jerking the printer arround on one single handle alone. I do trust them

The bore in the middle is also widened to 4mm in order to make assembly easier.
