Description
This is a modified XChange tool plate with repositioned mounting holes to accommodate the new E3D Hemera XS.
Print at .12-.15 layer height for maximum layers in the thin sections. Mounting pin holes will need to be tapped. I also recommend drilling out the innermost magnet mounting hole, then tapping it to make sure your screw has good connection and the magnet doesn't come loose. Also recommend choosing a very rigid material, my initial testing with PLA indicates heat stress and strain will gradually warp the plate over time. If E3D could hurry up and release their line of hardened Revo nozzles so I can print in CF, I'd be the happiest man on earth.
