Extruder bracket for Anycubic Mega X

A simple extruder bracket for the Mega X. This lets you mount a larger motor or extruder at a 90° angle.

I've noticed the stock extruder motor can get quite hot, so print this from something more temperature resistant (like ABS) or annealable PLA+. I used Tritan.
