Description
A simple caliper holder designed for the Mitutoyo 500-196-30 calipers, but will likely fit most calipers out there.
Like most things I design, this is over engineered and every detail was considered, including where the CG (Center of Gravity) lies on the calipers so they hang straight.
The mounting hole is sized for an M4 fastener, but I can supply more versions if different diameters are needed.
These do require supports, but they popped out clean and easy on my Mini using Overture PLA - gcode provided.
If you slice yourself, I recommend making the support style “Snug” with a 0.25mm Top Contact Z Distance.
I'm happy to supply more configurations of these, such as a version without the “hanging” hole and instead mounting holes behind the caliper - just let me know!
