Flipper Knife

This is a folding knife design i have created in OnShape, which flips open and locks.

I have designed the knife with a 0.02 - 0.03 tolerance depending on the spot. if the tolerances are a bit too tight you can just sand down the pins with sandpaper, or scale the model slightly up.

I highly encourage you if you decide to print it out, to post your result when its done. and if you see something i can improve on please post a comment :)

I have added a thicker lockbar (and a handle with a bit deeper groove for the new lockbar) and the option for inserts so that you can add another color in the handle.

Here is how i would recommend you have the parts rotated when printing for the best finished result.

The lockbar is supposed to be superglued in.
