Modified prusa i3 mk3 nozzle fan, which can hold David Crocker's mini differential IR sensor: https://miscsolutions.wordpress.com/mini-height-sensor-board/
Fusion360 files attached. Since I have a self-made board, the size might be slightly different, especially the mounting holes - but it's easy enough to modify it.
