Description
This is a remix of a Spool Holder by PureTO that makes it possible to print it on smaller printers (like Prusa Mini). I've also tweaked the holes a bit to fit the screws a little bit better.
The hanger consists of two parts - top and bottom. The bottom part has two variations - for the hanger holding 3/4" PVC pipes in the middle and for the ending hanger. They connect by sliding and locking.
The clearance is set to 0.3mm which works for my printer but you might need to use a file or a rubber mallet to connect the two (just be careful and file the parts properly before using the mallet to avoid breaking).
I've prepared these for 0.25mm layer height (no skirt) with 6 perimeters, 6 top and bottom layers and 40% adaptive cubic infill which might be an overkill, but I wanted to make sure it holds well. I'd also recommend ArcWelder to smooth the print (couldn't include it in the uploaded GCode).
I've used PLA with bed set to 70C and nozzle set to 200C for first layer.
Other layers: bed 60C, nozzle 195C.
In the gcode I've uploaded I've also slowed down the fan acceleration, so it would slowly get up to speed from 2nd to 10th layer - this is to avoid warping on the edge of the print.
Below you can find renders of the individual parts and the assembly video.
