Headband Brasil (V3)

This is the official design used by e-NABLE Brazil and if you are from e-NABLE Brazil's group please access http://e-nablebrasil.org/wp/cadaimpressaoconta/ to know how to print and assemble this device. This device has been tested and officially approved in Brazil for print and use in hospitals in Brazil

Optimized for stacking, with flat top and total, constant height of 12.9 mm. Therefore it could be utilized only with narrow strap (8 mm), or if the strap is wider, it needs to be soft as to be forced through the ears on both ends.

The stacked configurations are of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 units. The gap between the units is 0.3mm, using 0.3 mm layer.

All the 3MF files (Single and Stacked) have been set for:

Infill- 30%
Layer 0.3mm
No support
Nozzle Ø0.4 mm
Detect Thin Walls: ON
Detect Bridging Perimeters: ON
Bridge Flow Ratio: 1,05
Perimeters: 3

Also adding the simplified lower bracket from V2 and the DXF for the shield. If you use this new simplified lower bracket, you do not need the punch the lower 3 holes in the shield (as the simplified bracket does not have pins and holes). If you prefer to use the original bracket with the pins and holes, then you need the lower 3 holes on the shield.
