Fan Covers

Some fairly simple fan covers for both the Extruder Cooling Fan as well as the Print Cooling Fan. I used modifier shapes to take away top/bottom layers for the "grills". 3MF files are available for PrusaSlicer but i also included the stls and the modifier stls as well if you want to use a different slicer.

You will need slightly longer bolts for the extruder cooling fan with this mod as it pulls the heads further away from the extruder housing. However I found bolts in my extra parts bag from Prusa that worked so hopefully you do too.

Print instructions

I printed with supports for the bolt overhang. 0.2mm layer height and using the Mod stls to remove the top and bottom layers to reveal the infill. If you set your infill to 15% but bump up the top/bottom layers in your slicer you can print it at 100% infill but still have the pass-throughs for airflow.
