=> Because of the very good feedback and almost 100 Likes I added a new model :)

This was actually a model from thingiverse. I filled the inner holes so that you can print it without support. Ideal for “glow in the dark” PLA.

You can either paint the eyes and mouth or use the STL files and glue it (which I did).

The models can be printed without support and without infill. Just make sure to have a sufficient wall thickness, because I recognised little holes on top of the head, if the wall is too thin.

Update: I used a wall thickness of 2mm and it worked finde without support.  In slic3r you need to have a minimum of 4 perimeters. This seems to be important regarding the comment from another user. I also used the “fuzzy skin” feature from Cura, with 0,2mm thickness for a smooth surface.
