3inch micro quad GPS and runcam thumb mount

an updated top plate for the 3inch microbeast dead cat quad.   this has become one of my favorite builds, but I was missing an HD camera mount.  replace the current top plate with this and bolt your camera on.  I printed this in ABS, but may do a filament swap on the top two layers so that the camera mount portion prints in a more durable flex material.  
I also included a bushing used to keep the VTX antenna secure.  the pic shows a whip antenna without the bushing.
