Arachne feature test wedge

This is an addition to my slicer test file collection: An object containing two wedges, one with an angle of 5°, and one with an angle of 15°. 
Since the standard threshold value for the new Arachne feature (introduced with PrusaSlicer 2.5 and just a little earlier with Cura) is 10°, this will mean that typically the feature will be used on the 5° wedge but not on the 15° wedge, so you can inspect the differences for any set of settings side by side in your slicer preview.
Just like the other slicer test files in the original set, this one is not intended to be printed - but in contrast to the other files, printing this one may in certain cases be useful (for example, to explore the delay effect that can't be displayed in slicer preview).

The Arachne feature uses variable extrusion width to allow for finer detailed prints. This technique, though it seems blessful at first glimpse, bears dangers concerning object resilience, especially when using expanding (foaming) LW filaments like LW-PLA, LW-ASA, Varioshore TPU and the like, since with these filaments the pressure inside the nozzle does not directly depend on the extruder's action but changes with an additional delay that's virtually incalculable. 

As a rule of thumb, a filament (and set of slicer settings, of course!) performs as well with Arachne as it performs in a stringing test. For LW filaments (and also generally TPU), I urgently recommend to switch “Perimeter generator” to “Classic” instead of “Arachne”.
