Waeco CCF-35 / CCF-40 Latch plate hinge / Deckelverschlusscharnier

Hinge for the latch, mounted in the lid of a Waeco CCF-35/CCF-40. The original part broke, glued it twice, now made a new one that does it's job. 

Shaft and spring shall be reused. My latch was still ok and also put on the assembly. Screwed into the lid witht he original 4 screws.

Printed in PETG, survived this summer in the car. Otherwise PC would be the next try.

Update: PETG also survived more summer, so no problem with the heat

Befestigung für den Verschlussgriff an der Kühlbox. Die vorhandene Achse und Feder kann wiederverwendet werden. Wird mit 4 Schrauben befestigt wie das Original.

Beim Original sind die Achsenhalterungen schon mehrfach abgebrochen, daher neu gemacht. Der Verschlussgriff  mit den Rasthaken war noch OK, kann nach Montage eingeschnappt werden.

Gedruckt in PETG (Auto, hitze!) und hält bisher; 

nächster Test wäre PC.

Update 07/25: Hat jetzt mehrere Sommer ohne Probleme durchgehalten!
