Filament Clip for Bambu Lab spool holder

Filament Clip for Bambu Lab spool holder, which help to prevent the filament tangle on spool, and also help to eliminate the last few cm of filament to break by the forced filament on spool holder original side holes.

Printed on Bambu lab X1 Carbon 0.2mm nozzle cold plate with glue stick. Very small part glue stick is recommended.

Bambu Studio project is attached.

Print settings:

0.2 mm nozzle

Layer height 0.1 mm

Infill 100%

Speeds are reduced to 60mm/s

No brim

Update:

Seems if you print it out with 0.4mm nozzle it makes bigger gap between the C shape spring feature and easier slide the filament into the C shape.

I made an upgraded version where the C shape gap is reduced from 0.4mm to 0.2mm, by this the filament can't slip to the C shape accidentally.

Side Comment, C shape is a spring feature with a 3.2mm inner diameter and not for 2.85mm filament.
